Roccam provides non-profits with an assessment designed to dig deep into their recruiting activities, people, processes, and technologies.
This assessment starts with interviews with designated staff to clarify the scope of the recruiting department and how they currently operate.
In the next phase, we will provide you with a competitive analysis which allows us to review the competitive landscape and identify metrics.
We will meet with you weekly to review progress, set priorities, troubleshoot, and provide updates.
Roccam Recruiting will provide your organization with a written report documenting a summary of key findings, employer SWOT, technology recommendations, identified friction points, metrics, and ending recommendations. This report will be presented during a final meeting with your team.
At the end of this assessment, your organization should have a thorough understanding of what needs to be done to improve their processes, quality of candidates, time to hire, and cost of hiring – among other metrics.
