One-On-One Service
Each Roccam client is assigned an account manager, and can access a team of recruiters to manage all recruiting for the organization. The team dives deep into your programs, services, and job openings, as well as the hiring managers' preferences. They regularly meet with hiring managers and HR staff contacts, and offer technical assistance to ensure you are leveraging the right tools, social media, and sources.
